The ashwagandha roots used in the manufacturing of KSM-66 Ashwagandha are pre-treated with small quantities of milk, in accordance to traditional Ayurvedic practice. These roots are then dried and sent for processing. Hence, KSM-66 may contain milk allergens, which may range between 25 ppm and above.

I took a sachet one morning before work because I was feeling pretty sluggish. Safe to say, it really helped to wake me and help me to have energy throughout my work day. I highly recommend this to everyone. It has some great essential vitamins in, non of those BS ingredients. Please it this a try, you won’t be disappointed
